Merchant Policies We accept checks and money orders for mail in orders. Visa MasterCard and the American Express Card for on-line orders. Phone orders require Visa, MasterCard or the American Express Card. We do not accept C.O.D orders. Personal checks accepted (USA Banks) but shipment will be held 7 days or until check clears the bank. You must provide a daytime phone number with all orders. International orders accepted from UK & Canada with credit card. All other countries please email us with your specific needs and we can discuss payment options. We record the IP Address of all Credit Card orders. In the event a customer commits Credit Card Fraud we will turn over the Customers IP Address to the Proper authorities for prosecution We ship to anywhere in the United States. We market products in the USA. We ship to US Military bases. We ship to Europe and other parts of the world but Email us for special shipping instructions before placing an order if you live outside the USA and do not see shipping rates for your part of the World.
Return Policy All items carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from date of shipment except where noted. Vacuum cleaners have a warranty covering parts and mail-order repair. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date except where noted below. Items held for more than 30 days are not refundable. When returning Vacuum cleaners or vacuum parts you must first call (330) 998-6218 and request a return authorization. Products returned without a return authorization will not receive proper credit. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all vacuum cleaner and Vacuum Cleaner parts orders returned. Vacuum cleaner orders cannot be returned after 15 days. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return and insure the shipment since you are held accountable for the condition of the return. You should insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. We do not refund shipping charges. All returns must have shipping prepaid. We do not accept COD returns. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
